When we were leaving, two young workers accidentally knocked a tray of carmel apples onto the ground. They were only a couple of inches off the ground so they were perfectly fine for us. Yep...Preston ran right over to ask them if we could have them and my Mom wasn't to far behind him. It was a perfect ending to a pefect "trailer park" night at Lagoon. We got in with free passes because it was our Stake Lagoon day. The passes only cover the entrance fee and two or three kiddie rides. However, as soon as we got in, Preston noticed that they weren't really checking the stamps on our hands. So, he and John decided to see how many rides they could sneak on. Watching Preston, John, Rebekah and Anthony sneak on a couple of the rides was hilarious!! In the end, all 10 of us were able to go to Lagoon, ride some of the kiddie rides, sneak on some of the big rides and enjoy perfectly good carmel apples for only $8. That makes it $.80 a person for very eventful evening. Could that be any more "trailer parkish"!!!!

I think Abigail carried that piece of bread throughout the entire evening. For some reason the act of throwing the bread to the ducks just wasn't her thing. She was more interested in hand feeding them directly. I think she gets that from her cousin Chad who is always trying to hold any critter he can find.
I came downstairs one day and found Aaron eating goldfish out of the dustpan. It seems that Abigail had dumped her goldfish on the floor and was sweeping them up into the dustpan. I really couldn't get made since she was trying to clean up. And besides, a little extra protein in Aaron's diet won't hurt.
